Anyone know what causes this ?? I'm the only one accessing my intranet right now.

Have you banished the Code Red virus from your network?

If you're not entirely sure, you need to apply the latest NT/2000/IIS security patches to your machine. You can easily do it via the "Windows Update" service run by Microsoft.
