error with ms 2003

Hi All:
I have developed a database application on Access 2002 and it works fine on 2002. However, when I open the same database on Access 2003 there is an error. The error goes asfolows:

Your Microsof Access Database or Project contains a missing or broken referecne to the file 'MSOWC.DLL' version 1.0
I fixed this by adding the reference 'Missing...'
but now some of the values that are defined out there in the 2002 version of the modules do not work for me, saying that no project or method in library. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

I believe each version of the OWC (Office Web Components) has its own GUID, so they can reside on the same machine without conflict. The Office 2000 and Office XP versions are said to be the same (not sure), but there is probably new functionality in the Office 2003 version.

The Office 2003 version should be in the Office11 folder.

You should be able to run the installer for OWC 10 on the machines that have Office 2003 from the Office XP CD. Look for an installer package called OWC10.msi.

Also, check your references. If not disabled, hold down the SHIFT key when you open the database so as not to run any macros or code or open up and startup forms.

Alt-F11 to open the Visual Basic coding envirnoment. From the menu, select "Tools" -> "References". Compare references between workstations.
