Error with Drill Through in ePortfolio

An odd thing started occuring on my application.

I am having users access ePortfolio from their local machines to view cubes. We have drill through enabled. It had been working fine. A sysadmin was doing some work on the server, and now I'm getting an error when attempting a drill through from any users machine (it works fine if I'm accessing ePortfolio from the server itself).

The error that I'm getting is "Unable to make use of the 'Drill Through Viewer', please check that it exists and has been successfully registered." Now I'm guessing that this might be a security setting, since the web user is accessing the reports via IUSR_xxx, and when I'm on the machine, it accesses the report as a known user.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a permissions thing potentially.
Does it work for any user on the local box or is it only you? What if you access it from another box?
If you are an admin then don't forget you will have more privilage than others anyway.

The solution that I did was uninstall the ActiveX rich client viewer on the local machine, and reinstall. The reason that it wasn't executing was the fact that I had Script & Executable rights on the directory/file.

I also installed a hotfix from Crystal that addressed the problem, also.
