Error when exporting to excel

Hi,

Crystal Reports 8.5.0.217, Professional.

I get an error message when trying to export to excel "Failed to export the report. Error in MSExcel Export Format DLL". I have tried to reinstall CR. I have also installed hotfix dbexdrvrwin_en_200307. Nothing helps.

Any suggestions?
