Error when displaying in VB application

Hi,
Im trying print a report designed in Crystal Reports 8 from within a VB application. The report displays fine on the preview pane but when I try to print it within the application I get the error
Error: 20510
Description: C:\application ...
Invalid formula name
I have tried to do this with a report with absolutely no formulas too. This hasnt happened before either

Please help
