Error: Unobtainable when dialing out

Hey,

I have a phone that can only dial extension numbers for company staff or *99 conference calls but as soon as I try to dial out to make phone calls I get an "unobtainable" error message.

Any help would be great.

Sounds like there is NoUser logged onto the phone, try press *63 and then try to dial out.
Or call a system telephone and see what it shows on the screen.
