Error: 'Undefined Function: FormatDateTime' in expression

I have a program, created in Access2002 which I am trying to run under Access2000. I have most references straightened out, except the above error message:
'Undefined Function: FormatDateTime' in expression

Can anyone help me to straighten out this problem?
