ERROR: the Object doesn't contain the Automation Object 'Term"

This is the error I'm getting, and I have no clue what it could mean.

Basically, I have a subform, and when I create a new record, it gives me this error. After clicking OK, it goes away and everything is fine. BUT, when I open the subform as a form by itself, I don't get this error. I can't find anything referring to this object "term", although I really have no clue what it is I'm looking for.

Anyone have any ideas? Theres an "explanation" below the message as well, but its also greek. Thanks....
