error scsi 6300 and e6096

I get this error since a few day.

the scsi device is the probleme or the scsi card ?

Someone haved get this error

Could be every part of the communication channel (PCI bus, SCSI board, cable, tape hardware connectors, tape drive(s).
You have to check them all, replace - if possible - every part seperately so you can pinpoint your problem.

I change the tape and the error disappear. But i don't understand why i get the error always at the session 4 at the same place.
