Error Scheduling Reports (PEOpenPrintJob) - File I/O Error 2

Whenever I schedule a report from SI Desktop I receive an error:
PEOpenPrintJob(\\pathname) : File I/O error.

I've tried directing the report output to 1)SI/Output on the APS Server; 2)Webserver and I still get this error. Crystal tries to process this file (a new file is opened) but it fails before it can write any data to the new file. Also, I'm able to refresh this report in design mode and export it. I just cannot schedule it.

There are a few things that could cause this error message, however, the culprit--in my experience--is typically one of two things:

1) Disk Space issues. Seagate will attempt to create a temporary file in the Temp directory. If there isn't enough room on the specified drive, you may get this error message.
2) Report Agent issues depending on your version of Seagate Info. This is a known issue to Crystal Decisions. Please refer to Crystal Decisions Article

Thanks, That was exactly it. Our Temp Directory on the Info Server had less than a mg available. We pointed to another drive, re-booted the server and all is well. We still have a permissions issue, a by-product of our search for a solution, but we expect to correct this soon.
