error sch8783 2

Hi,

I was trying to OUT a phone. Here is what I did:
LD 11
REQ OUT
TYPE 2008
TN 005 0 00 12

Then I got SCH8783, which is: The monitored or monitoring set cannot be moved or copied.

Any idea why I can't OUT this phone? Do I have to unplug the phone from the jack before I OUT it?

prt the tnb, you'll see a prompt bftn, x x , that set has a bfs key with your tn on it. nul the bfs key.. then do the change then add the bfs key if still needed

I did prt the tnb, I did see something like bftn 007 0 00 10. How do I null the bfs key? Could you please tell me step-by-step instructions?

Prt tnb for tn 7 10. Located the bfs key for the TN 5 8. Go to ld 11.
REQ chg
TYPE XXXX (type of set on tn 7 10)
TN 7 10
ECHG yes
ITEM KEY XX NUL(XX is the key number for 5 8)
KEY keep hitting return until REQ is diplayed.
Then you should be able to out TN 5 8.
