Error running queries

I have inherited a secure database and am the administrator and supposedly have rights for everything. When I run certain queries I get the below error. I have tried everything I know but still get the error. I can save the query to another name and it will run for me. Any suggestions?

You do not have the necessary permissions to use the 'qryRelToImpPDNotNullTot' object. Have your system administrator or the person who created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you.

Not sure about the security implications, but if you can delete the secure one after you copy it, you could rename the copy back to its original name.
