Have you guys seen this one before?

Error "The server was not able to initialize the Client Management virtual
driver. (Error 13)"

Since then my remote user aren't able to log on. However I can log on locally to the citrix server.

Environment:

wiNnt4.0 Ts/metaframe1.8 (sp6 w/hot fix)

I tried rebooting it, checking all my services, i checked thethin.net, and have not found a good clue to solving this issue. Please your help is very much appreacited.

Are you getting this as an event in the Event Veiwer? If you check this page you will find a description of an event where the event source is CLTMGR (second from the top)which has exactly the same error message that you have:

The text talks about this as being a problem with latency. How do your users connect? Are they on the local LAN or are they connecting over WAN? Try to check the latency by pinging from the client to the server.
