Hi,

I need some Advice.

We have different Schemas in our Database. I've got a user with DBA-Privilege.

Now I want to create a View in Schema A, using Tables from Schema A and Schema B. Above mentioned ErrorMessage occurs.

Even creating a View in Schema A only with tables from Schema B will fail.

While logged in in Schema A I'm able to delete and create tables in Schema B, also I'm able to manipulate data of all tables and views in schmema B.

But creating a view will always fail.

My DBA got no idea and I'm lost as well.

Would appreciate any help aviable!

Thx

Roland

Roland,

Can you please post
1) the code you are using to create the view?
2) a copy-and-paste confirmation of the explicit GRANTs upon which your VIEW relies.

Thanks,

Hi Sem,

your hint has done the trick.

Thank you very much.

Musafa, thanks for your response. As you can see I'm happy now :)
