Error on veritas backup exec 8.6

I am running NT4.0 server along with veritaz backup exec 8.6. I am recieving an error message. It as fallows:
(Server: "servername&quot Job "FULL" failed

What am I suppose to do to correct this problem in order for me to continue backing up.

Hi,

Look at the log for details. Normally if you see ^^ in the log that is the fail reason. You don't give enough info to try and determine why the job is failing.
