Error on crystal report

hi guys

when i opened the crystal report am getting an error

Crystal report version 11

"Crystal Reports:Application Error couldn't load keycode.dll"
by the way i am using ACCPAC when i open the accpac report it will not open its giving error.,i uninstalled 2 times and cleared the registry too.,

if any idea why is it so?

Perform the following steps:

NOTE
For step 2 below, use the appropriate path for your version of Crystal Reports:
Crystal Reports 8.5 - C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Shared
Crystal Reports 9 - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin
Crystal Reports 10 - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin
Crystal Reports XI - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin

On the Start menu, click Run.
Type the following in the Open box:
Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin\keycode.dll"
Click OK. A dialog box appears indicating you have successfully registered the DLL.
Click OK.
