error msg's

I lost a shelf today and was wondering if there any suggestions as to how and combat this.before she went down we received two error msg's err020 and fhw000 among a few others but these two any help is appreciated thanks

Check your Net Card/Superloop card, check your controller card in your IPE self, check the cables, check your Periheral card in the Network Group,

Is there some sort of possible cause? when I err xxxx the error it basically printed out a small novel of sorts with multiple options of cause.

network shelf loss is almost always the controller or the network card
