Error messages and will not back up any more

The media in drive 'CERTANCE 1' is currently allocated and is not available for overwrite operations.

How do i override the current setting, as i am sure it is on pend.... Thank you

My tech guys are all on a conference and left me to it, can someone please give me step by step guidence... XX

Go into tools - options - media management and change the overwrite protection to none
