Error Message while creating a command button

I'm trying to create command buttons for Next, Previous, New, and Save/Close. I've done this on one other form, but I tried to do it on another form and I got the following error message..."The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: A problem occurred while Mocrosoft Access was communicating with the IOLE server or Active X Control."

Anyone know why I'm getting this message or how to fix it? Thanks all!

By the way...that's OLE server, not IOLE, sorry about that
