Error message when sending on behalf of...

I have set "editor" permissions on calender and inbox on the mailbox concerned. When the user tries to send "on behalf of" it still comes up saying," You do not have the permissions to send the message on behalf of the specified user"

Any ideas would be greatfully recieved!

I think you need to look at the Delegates via:
Tools/Options/Delegates tab

done all that on the users computer who we want to send on behalf of...
