Error message when opening project

I have been working on a new project w/ Premiere 6.0. Often when I open my saved project, I get the message "premiere.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." I have nothing on the time-line yet - I have just finished my capturing. The same message often came up during capture as well, the program would shut down, but all my clips were there when I reopened to project. I can restart the program fine, but it will not allow me to reopen the project. I have tried shutting down the computer and re-booting, opening premiere from the desktop, start menu, and "My computer", and I have tried different ways of opening the project once into the program. If you have any ideas or are experiencing similar error messages, please let me know! Details follow:

Windows 2000,
Aflon 1 GH
512 Megs Memory
DV500+ capture card
Matrox Millenium G4 Graphics Card
RAID setup w/ stripe formation (each Hard-disk 80GB)

I would try maybe copying the premiere.exe from the premiere cd and see if that fixes the problem. It may have been corupted somehow, also reinstalling premiere entirely may help also.

I experience the same problem with premiere.
I have re-installed premiere several times, but still have the same problem. Could you fix your problem in the meantime. Let me now
