Error message when loggin about client configuration resfresh

Here is the error message:

"Citrix client configuration refresh error. Unable to update configuration information. The remote server may be down, the configuration file location may be invalid, or the configuration file may contain errors".

This message appears for all users connecting on Citrix.

Do you know what is the problem?
