CR9 against an excel spreadsheet on a network drive (L

Hi all,
I'm attempting to run my report through Crystal Enterprise using the 'Run Now' option when I get the following message:

"Error Message: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 9\Data\procSched\OWWAS03.report\~tmp560390f3bdc8d0.rpt. "

The report funs fine on the Report Writer. Any troubleshooting tips as I'm struggling big time!

Hi,
Be sure the account that the CE services run under ( especially the input, output and pageserver/jobserver ones) have all the permissions needed to access the file location..
