Error message relating to ACD agents

I have configured about 5 ACD agents on out CS1000 we usually use cc6, but these 5 agents arent going anything difficult and in an attempt to try to save on licenes I have configured ACD agents.

I am getting the following error message appears on the console of the CS1000. The agents have logged out and back in again.

Any ideas anyone ?

An MQA ACD agent was found to be serving an ACD DN that is not compatible with MQA. Specifically, one of the following prompts in OVL 23 is set for the ACD DN: IVMS, DSAC, IVR, IMS, or the DN is a CDN.

Action: Log out immediately and log back in specifying new ACD DNs to serve.

Is queue 346 defined in your Symposium? Is is aquired? If so, that is your problem. If you are trying to save licenses by only defining them in the CS1000 and not in Symposium, you will have to assign these agents to a queue not defined in Symposium. Then have your Symposium script route to this new queue as an overflow for example.

no the acd is not defined in symposium its just a acd configured on the switch. not told symposium anythin about this acd.
