Hi All... Have a user on W2000, who when she opens her computer in the morning, she runs outlook and it runs the windows installer...and then displays the following error:
Error 1402. Could not open key:
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Access\Common. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
I found a related knowledge base article 236592 for the work around, and for a day or 2 it appeared to have been resolved. The issue is back however, and it only ever does it once, and that is in the morning...
I know it appears to be a permissions issue, the user has full control. Any Ideas?
