Running Notes 5 on NT server<br><br>We have a domain <XYZ> with two servers <North/South>, but three geographical groups <One/Two/Three>. Users for group One run off of server North. Users for Two/Three fun from server South. We are now adding a new server so users from Three have their own Eastern server.<br><br>I have been testing the 'move' function....now am encountering the following error<br><br>08/07/2000 12:27:57 PM The Administration Process is waiting for new mail fields in Jim Busby/Three/XYZ's person document; will check again at 08/07/2000 12:28:57 PM<br>This seems to try to run about every minute..so very often.<br><br>Any idea what this error is?<br><br>

Error message after moving user from Server A to Server B

If I'm not mistaken, this is an indication that you're waiting on the user to take action by opening the mail file. <p> Mike Hillwig<br><a href=mailto:mike@hypermike.com>mike@hypermike.com</a><br><a href= done more R5 deployments than I care to think about.

Thanks again PGHMikeH<br><br>This user is a test user, set up for testing purposes only...to simulate the move from Server A to Server B. I installed the user's mail and opened it, sent a message from and to the test account, and am still getting this error in my log.<br><br>Any other suggestions/ideas?
