i get the following error when ive installed office after upgrading from 98 to 2k...i install the program as administrator then log in as the user to use outlook etc..and then get this:
Error 1401. Could not create key. (lots of numbers!!)\software\classes. verify you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
