Error in access Viewer

Hi All

Need help, I've installed Witness Viewer but unable to access to Viewer configuration webpage. It says "Unable to log you in,please contact administrator. objPortal GetMarkup failed in Portal.ASP. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Man.. how are you logging at Viewer????
What is the user that do you are making login?

I've seen this error before. You will proably need to restart the IIS service on the windows box. Dameware to it.

Maybe the user that you are trying to loggin isn´t added into Viewer Users Rule at Com+ Aplication/ Application Portal. take a look!

or do u set the acess into viewer for IP and tryinf for hostname... This error is happening with all user?
Do u already tryied to acess with user ServiceAccount??
send us more details about it!
