I want to check temperature of machine. And I tried to use 'uesensor' command to check it. But I got error message that 'There are no environmental sensors on this system'. Is it mean that my server can't be checked temperature from this command? Are there another way I can check? Is this command support only some machine type? I used 'uname -a' command to check machine type. it returned that 'AIX SCP1 1 5 00527CEE4C00'. Please anyone help me for this problem.

Don't understand the 'AIX SCP1 1 5 00527CEE4C00'
What does:
lsconf | grep -i model
show?
Some machines don't have temp sensors, so yes the command is only supported on some machines.

Read for an explanation
also see man uname
