When I try to change udp on on a certain extension I get an error encountered message and the command is aborted.
What would cause this to happen? It will work once and a while,but for the most part,it wont.
From what what you mention, if it is in a particular extension, it sounds like translation corruption. Try removing that extension and adding it again.
If that does not work, contact Avaya or your distributor.
