Error E2-0531 (Document Index) Unable to index document

When running a ColdFusion Index via Verity Database the following error occurs. "msg (1): Error E2-0531 (Document Index): Document 1 (1): Unable to index document - SKIPPING"

This occurs for all records in the SQL Query that is used for the Index. Other Indexes work fine from the same SQL Database using different querries. Any suggestions??? [sig][/sig]
