Error: Coult not locate INF file

I am getting this error when login into any of my Citris Metaframe Farms:
Error: could not locate INF file 'c:\winnt\INF\wmp.inf'

Anyone seen this before?

I think this is related to the GDI+ Tool. Have you logged in locally as an Admin?
