Error: Could not send the initial index file.

Hi all,

Galaxy 6.1, SP4 on W2K3.

NetIQ has been installed and I've got a lot of problems....
Deinstalled, cleaned the registries, and so on.
What new ? The Exchange Public Folders Agents is not installed any more. Funny but true.
I backup the PF since a year !
OK no panic, I've reinstalled the Agent , started the backup Job and got the messages (Job detail and events):
:Invalid application number in [CreateIndex].
:Error: Could not send the initial index file.
And the Job stops by 5%.

Has anyone an idea ?

Hi

Ensure that you have 'Create New Index' selected and run a full backup...this should then create a new index.

Also there is Post SP4 available for download (noticed you say you are on SP4).
