Error composing a new message in Outlook Express.

When trying to compose a new message in Outlook Express I get the following error message:

"This note cannot be displayed due to an initialization error"

All I can see is the To, From and Subject boxes with no Content box.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would be happening??

Have you tried a reinstall or fix of OE?
