While displaying my error codes in the switch (G3si v6.3) I see under maintenance column "FL-DATA". I can't find that in any of the manuals. Any insight?

Which test are you running when you get the data? Kind Regards,

It usually means your flashcards in both carriers are out of synch if you have a dual processor.
So saving the translations failed on one of 2 or you ran a manual save trans to only one of the 2.
If you have a single processor, it just failed.

This is what the Avaya Database says:
Save to Flash card failed or in case of a dual processor system the cards do not match

.FL-DATA

Do a "list config soft". It will tell you the date and time of the last translations saved on the backup media. If the date and/or time differ it will pull an alarm, the switch compares the two and if there is a difference it will alarm. You will probably have to do a "save trans" on the active spe, switch to the offline spe and do a "save trans" again. This should clear the alarm. After you are done do a "list config soft" and check the dates and times. They should match now. Hope this helps.

Thanks

Chris
