OPT 11C(NORTEL) AND MD110(ERICSSON)PBX's are connected together via PRI. There is an alarm on the NORTEL PBX (DTA300 9). Calls are going through, no problem except this alarm. The PRIcard is on slot 9. I did not install clock controller card on the PRI card.
I do RCNT all the time. The alarm is still their.
Is the alarm because of the clock controller card? Please help me to clear this alarm.

Loop 9 is slipping. What are you clocking against?

I would guess that you have both ends of the circuit set the same way, either both clocking from internal sources or both from external sources. One needs to be the master source and one the slave. I do not know the Ericsson at all, but I assume it can be changed on either system.
