Error Code 09,005.40

We have a Phase 850 DP and got this error code today. The printer wasnt even working on anything:

09,005.40

Thank you for any help.
 
Figured out it was the cyan ink stick jammed. We will probably switch back to Xerox-brand ink, we have been getting many jams with this Media Sciences ink.
 
How were you able to clear the jam? I just started to receive this same error message. Need to get past this.

Just tried to remove the ink stick from the slide it is on underneath the top door. In our case the stick was stuck to the bottom, ink had melted inside the holding chamber and it was causing it to stick and not slide down and melt the correct way.

After I got the stick out, I cleaned out the ink debris and vacuumed as much as I could.
