Error backing up Registry Arcserve 2000

I have a server that started giving a error 3421 unable to backup a registry key no changes have been made to the server any ideas?

Here is a copy of the exact error message.

W3421 Unable to open the registry key. (KEY=SOFTWARE\Executive Software\DiskeeperNT4\FragGuard\PfDrives\D:, EC=NO SYSTEM RESOURCES)
