Hi,
I had posted this before as well. Here are some more details:

I can manually backup mapped drives using networker user, this is version 6.2.

On doing a scheduled backup I get this error:

cannot stat \\server\share: invalid arguments
RPC error: RPC cannot encode arguments

I had created save sets as \\server\sharename. I had tried creating it as M: , i.e. mapped drive but got an error saying network connection does not exist. I have tried slashes other way round also i.e. //server.

I have mapped the drives onto the machine which has networker server.. this is windows 2000. I created saveset on the default client which is the server machine.

Does anyone know about this ?

Thanks a lot !!!

Would it not make more sense to install Networker client onto the box in question?
