Error a000810f

Our backup is working good from time to time. I keep receiving: a000810f - User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation. Any idea what is causing this error? The status either says "Canceled" or "Failed". Please help.

Usually there is an alert becuse its prompting for a media operation - like inserting more media ,etc

Steveot, I'm sorry I'm not following you. What would that mean and how can I overcome that do receive the job status as completed like I had last week?

Could be more data backed up one day than the other. Is there anything in your alerts or alerts history tab
