Error #678

I am trying to get my boss laptop to connect to the internet via Sprint PCS phone accting as the modem. I have worked with Sprint but no resoultion and they refered me to MS. The error I keep getting is #678 or 633, any input would be great?

You can try in a command window typing - netsh interface ip reset log.txt restart the laptop and retry in case tcp/ip has become slightly corrupt

Error 673: The modem or other connecting device is already in use or not configured properly.

Causes:
. A hung system.
. Incorrect Windows connection settings.
. A corrupt dialer entry.
. Conflicting Internet enabled third party software.
. Incorrect modem settings.
. A serious system fault.
