ERROR 47 in Program BMWMAA at line 7330

I had a Item open in Inventory Maintaiance and also in Bill of Materials maintance and tried to delete the one under Inventory Maintiance.
I think I needed to close the Inv Maintance window but didnt and now in:
Bill of Materials Main. I try to delete and get a ERROR 47 in Program BMWMAA at line 7330
