error 305 when adding ndps printer

Running NW5.1 sp3

Getting Error 305 when I add a PA and a ndps printer in nwadmin. After the creation I cannot use the printer and PA in nwadmin reports a communication problem with printer. I have tried adding the printer as a tcp/ip printer to a computer and it printed fine, so it works

Anyone have an idea, please let me know.

There are several servers and I mainly use one server for handling the ndps printers, but in this case I am using a ndpsm on a server which is connected to the network through a dedicated dsl line (same subnet and everything) and I´m not sure if I need to have a broker on that server too ?

we notice that sometimes we have issues with ndps if adding stuff to remote site

ie over 2mb link

if local it's ok - somtimes tend to zen a remote pc at that site and add drivers to broker
