Error 20717 - E in Crystal Reports in VB6 under Windows 2000

Hello,

I have a VB6 app that uses the Crystal control CRYSTL32.OCX. It works fine for 1000+ users, however, with one or two users I get this error whenever I call a report to the screen:

Report "C:\..bla bla bla.rpt" canot be generated 20717-E

Has anyone ever seen this?
