Error 1919 error configuring ODBC data source problem

I am have an: "error 1919 error configuring ODBC data source: visual fox pro (dbase files, visual fox pro tables, and foxpro files) error 6: component not found in registry. Verify that the file visual fox pro (dbase files, visual fox pro tables, and foxpro files)exist and that you can access it." error. I'm running a NT workstation with windows 95. The error started when selecting Outlook 2000 and the error "cannot start microsoft outlook. a required component is missing: omint.dll Please reinstaill outlook again." I tried to reinstall outlook and got the error 1919 problem. I also tried to reinstall office 97 and ODBC. Each time I try to reinstall outlook 2000 I keep getting the error 1919... If I cancel the error 1919, the install cancels, if I ignore the error 1919 I get the error with file in params, then the install cancels. I've search Microsoft.com with no luck. Has anybody had this problem?
