error 14141 proxy (chaining) loop

When i set up my ISA server 2004, It worked fine for an hour or two and then i get a call that the internet is not working. I reset the NIC and it came back up and when i checked the alerts it said ISA has detected a proxy chain loop. Reseting the NIC gets the internet back up for a while and then it shuts off. anyone have any ideas how to fix the chain loop error?

According to information i have found, there's a problem with the configuration of the ISA Server routing.

Are you publishing any services which causes this error message?
