Error #11: Record not found or Duplicate key on write

The error 11 is documented in Sage's KB under Resolution ID 2136. I'm surprised you couldn't find it. I found it quite easily by searching for MPWRAB.
The error 16 one sounds like either you don't have permission to a file, your drive is out of space, or the file has gotten too large (over 2 GB). Are any of these conditions true?
