Hi all. We had a strange occurance today. Our site kept slowing down to a pace and the server reporting the culprit as being SQL Server. But looking at the log files and running a SQL profiler yielded nothing strange/odd. No new queries were created and no existing queries were modified.
We use Coldfusion as our server side language, and the CF logs say SQL error 109 occured.
On Microsoft's site, error 109 is "This can happen if a named pipes connection is lost during a write." What does that mean? And, why did that happen all of a sudden?
Any light shedded on this would be great.
Thanks.
