Hi:
I have a problem everytime i try to open quicktime it wont start, the process doesnt even appear in the task manager, i think the problem started when i installed a codec pack called ACE CODEC PACK, because since then it wont open, so i unnistalled the pack an voila! quicktime started again, but then i installed the codec pack just to be sure that that was the problem and again quicktime didn't start, so again i uninstalled the codec pack, but this time quicktime does not stat and every time i try to uninstall a dialogue box pops up with a heading "Unhandled Exception"
inside the box it has an Error number and a Description
Error Number : 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed:QTInstallcode.QuckTimeUnInstallpro
Then it says: Set up will now terminate.
any ideas????? thanks in advanced
