Ok, so this happens anytime anyone puts a person on hold in our switch. I know it means that no music route is defined. How do I go about defining one?

Thanks!

Ryank

Have you got a miran to provide it?

You could just take it out of the CDB and/or RDB's so there is no music on hold.

Yeah I saw in LD 21 how to just remove it all together. Currently it is set for:

MUS YES
MUSR 9

I might remove it but would love to have it on the switch if possible.

Now I just have to see if I can find a Miran card, any idea on the PEC of that?

MIRAN's are on Media Cards NTVQ01xx

if you have a miran or analog trunk ports and a music source, you have the software... but until you get those, mus no will stop the errors..

Actually I do have spare Analog Trunk Ports . . . I could hook up my iPod with a cut up speaker wire . . . but how would I set up the programming in the switch?

bringing up a older post on about the same topic . . so lets not keep this one going.

In England to use Music you need a Broadcast licence for that Music is it the same where you are?
